Hike up Fish creek canyon (Upper) near Phoenix, Arizona.

This is a good canyon hike close to the Phoenix area. Don't be frustrated on the slow progress due to the boulders and route finding, enjoy it.

Some times of the year, the creek flows and there' s water nearly all year round in the canyon. Several pools to cool off. Different types of desert plants and trees abound. Scrambling around and over boulders is fun!
