A stop at Elves Chasm seems to be on every river trip checklist. It is easy to understand why. For a short walk, including some scrambling, you are rewarded with a lovely waterfall and pool great for swimming in the summer or admiring in the colder climates.

Ferns and Redbud trees enclose the area, making a true desert oasis. Spend some time to enjoy this special place and when ready, return the way you came.
