Hike up Mohawk canyon in Grand Canyon national park, Arizona

This is a good cold weather hike, as Mohawk canyon can be wide open (for a canyon) compared to the narrow hikes typical of this area. There are some nice scenic hiking to be enjoyed while walking next to the creek. Much of this hike is boulder hopping up the canyon. A good turn around point is some rock seeps that feed the creek. The seeps are about 1.2 miles from the Colorado River on the left side of the canyon.
